D Pharma is a very popular course at the present time and it is a short-term course for the candidates who want to make their career in the pharmacy field. D Pharma is basically the short form of Diploma in Pharmacy and is a 2-year career-oriented diploma course. UP D Pharma Eligibility Criteria 2022

Each educational institution in the state requires aspirants to meet the necessary academic and other admission criteria to pursue the 2-year diploma course. If you are one of the aspiring D Pharma students, then ensure that you meet the following UP D Pharma eligibility criteria for 2022.

Note: Many educational institutions may offer admissions to aspirants from all academic backgrounds, i.e. Commerce, Science, and/or Arts. However, a few institutes may require candidates to have cleared the class 12 board examination in the stream of science from a recognised board of education.

It should also be noted that each college offering the course will define its eligibility and admission requirements. Therefore, it is advisable to check out the individual admission requirements of each D Pharma college prior to applying for admissions.

Entrance-Based Admissions for D Pharma Courses

Common under universities and colleges offering a host of different courses, candidates may be required to sit for a University-level entrance test. This means that the scores secured in the entrance test can be considered for admission respective to that particular college alone. Here are the steps in entrance-based admissions for D Pharma courses in Uttar Pradesh.

• Candidates will be asked to apply and appear for the University-level entrance test on the stipulated date and time.

• After attempting the entrance test, the respective university or college will release merit lists containing the names of each candidate and their corresponding scores/ranks.

• Each college or university will conduct a specific selection process, which may also include a Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion.

• Depending on the performance of the candidate in the entrance test and the personal interview and/or group discussion, students will be shortlisted by the respective admission panels.
